Speaker: Linda Kimeisa
In this session, Communication Manager Linda Kimeisa will share the strategy behind the REVERTER project’s communication efforts—creating lasting, user-friendly digital One-Stop-Shops to support vulnerable households and help alleviate energy poverty. Designed for simplicity, trust, and functionality, these platforms provide clear, accessible information and practical tools that partners can use during and beyond the project, ensuring long-term impact.

The role of local ambassadors and OSS personnel
Speaker: Maria M. Font Pernil
In this presentation, we’ll take a closer look at how the REVERTER project’s Ambassadors and One-Stop-Shop personnel worked directly with vulnerable households to build trust, raise awareness, and encourage participation in energy renovation efforts. X will share how Ambassadors acted as local messengers, visiting homes, listening to residents’ concerns, and offering tailored advice.
We’ll also explore how One-Stop-Shop staff operated both in person and online, providing reliable information, guiding households through available support schemes, and maintaining consistent, approachable communication. Together, these efforts formed a bridge between the project’s resources and the people who need them most, turning awareness into meaningful action.
