The REVERTER Hub is an umbrella platform for the REVERTER digital One-Stop-shops operating in 4 regions. The first of the 4 digital One-stop-shops has been launched in Riga, Latvia www.renove.lv (in Latvian “renovē” means “renovate”).
The concept of the digital OSS, as well as the website, was developed by the REVERTER communication and dissemination partner WIT Berry in close collaboration with the REVERTER partner Riga Energy Agency (REA), who will be responsible for maintaining the digital OSS. The digital One-Stop-shop Renove.lv is available in Latvian, the official language of Latvia, ensuring easy access for all Riga residents searching for information about energy efficiency and possibilities to renovate their multi-apartment buildings.
The main goals of the Renove.lv One-Stop-shop are:
- Ensure free consultations on any question that is related to renovation;
- Provide comprehensive up-to-date information regarding the renovation, support, and financing opportunities;
- Engage with REVERTER ambassadors in Riga
- Engage with stakeholders in the project REVERTER pilot country – Latvia
- Updates on events and information campaigns (implemented by REA) and other activities and news related to energy efficiency
WIT Berry also aims to monitor the website’s performance and collect information from Riga Energy Agency in the form of feedback from residents of Riga who requested consultation via Renove.lv.
This information will be compiled and analyzed to provide possible solutions in terms of content and functionality to improve user experience. At the end of the project, the collected information from each of the One-stop-shops can be used to provide recommendations on similar One-stop-shop development in other regions of pilot countries as well as other EU countries.
The other 3 REVERTER digital One-stop-shops will also be launched soon in Bulgaria, Greece and Portugal.
